Designed this tool to assist with the new EPS recall for Honda & Acura vehicles. Designed the red thumb wheel with large teeth for ease of gripping the tool and threading out the bolt and threading back in. There is a smaller thumb wheel and larger thumb wheel. This tool has a built in screw driver. If you prefer not to use the built in screw driver you can use a #2 long Phillips screw driver instead. In order for these tools to fit in the very limited clearance space, they are printed very thin. These tools can break if your not careful. Recommend starting the bolt back in only with spinner tool. If using a metal screwdriver take care not to use excessive force as you can damage the plastic teeth on the gear. Once resistance is felt, switch to the red thumb wheel to finish threading all the way in. When used correctly, you should have no issues.

Files available are STEP files. Magnets required are 5x2.8mm and can be found on Amazon (see link below). Print all pieces and assemble. Recommend small amount of glue to help hold the magnets in. Magnets are a press in as well. Assemble the Allen key piece through the tool and into the smaller gear wheel. The Allen piece and gear wheel pieces are press fit and no glue required to glue them together. Recommend 0.12 layer height or less with 4 walls. 40% infill. Make sure your printer settings are dialed in when printing this. High quality printer is required in order for this tool to work smoothly. Print with any Filament besides softer material like TPU.
