EPS Gear-Driven Assist Tool – Honda & Acura Recall

This gear-driven assist tool is designed to support service procedures related to the newer Honda and Acura EPS recall. The tool provides a compact, all-in-one solution for starting the bolt back into position in the extremely limited clearance area around the steering rack.

• All-in-One Design: No additional tools are required for operation.

• Thumb Wheel: The included red thumb wheel replaces the factory Honda metal thumb wheel and features added ridges for improved grip and control.

• 1 Gear-driven assist tool

• 1 Small thumb wheel

• 1 Large thumb wheel

Usage Notes:
Due to the tight working space around the rack, the tool is manufactured with a slim profile to allow proper fitment. Because of this, care must be taken during use. Excessive force or improper alignment may cause damage. When used correctly and aligned properly, the tool performs reliably.

It is recommended to place a rag beneath the rack during service to prevent accidental dropping of the thumb wheel.

Optional Organizer Tray Available
An optional tray is available to keep all EPS tools organized. The tray also includes designated spaces for storing the OEM Honda metal tools for a complete, organized setup.
