This tool is specifically designed to place 9-speed Honda/Acura transmissions into the “neutral hold” position for service or transport. Simply position the tool over the shift release mechanism and pivot it over the transmission fill plug. Insert the included solid metal 8mm Allen key through the top opening and into the fill plug to securely hold the transmission in neutral.
