2.0 Earth Dreams Cylinder Head Disassembly Tray & Rocker Arm Holder Kit – Honda

This kit is designed to organize and support cylinder head teardown and reassembly on Honda 2.0 Earth Dreams engines.  This setup keeps valvetrain components organized, properly oriented, and easier to manage during service work.

Includes separate trays for the intake side and exhaust side of the cylinder head, along with an optional rocker arm holder kit.

Fitment:

• 2016–2024 Honda Civic
• 2023–2027 Honda HR-V

Compatibility Note:
Does not fit the 2.0 Hybrid or 2.0T cylinder heads.

Tray Features

Intake Side Tray Holds:

• Intake camshaft
• Upper camshaft caps
• Lost motion springs
• Cylinder head dowel pins
• Cam lock pins

Exhaust Side Tray Holds:

• Exhaust camshaft
• Upper and lower camshaft caps
• Rocker arm shaft/rod
• Rod lock pin and rod plug
• Exhaust-side rocker arms

These trays help maintain component organization during teardown and simplify reassembly by keeping parts grouped in their original locations.

Optional Rocker Arm Holder Kit

The rocker arm holders function similarly to the K-Series and 2.0 Hybrid rocker arm holders.

• Embedded magnets hold the rocker arms securely in place
• Helps keep the rocker bridge assembled during removal and installation
• Simplifies handling of the rocker assembly during service work

Kit Includes:

• 4 rocker arm holders total
• 1 holder labeled specifically for Cylinder #1
• Remaining 3 holders fit Cylinders #2–4

Notes

• These tools are fully 3D printed. Minor surface variations or small discrepancies in the print are normal due to the printing process and do not affect performance.
