2.0 Hybrid Cylinder Head Disassembly Tray – Honda

This tray is designed to organize and hold cylinder head components during 2.0L Honda Hybrid cylinder head disassembly and service. It provides dedicated locations for valvetrain components, helping keep parts organized and reducing the risk of mixing components during teardown and reassembly.

• 2018–2022 Honda Accord Hybrid

• 2020–2022 Honda CR-V Hybrid

2.0 Hybrid Rocker Arm Holder Kit

A rocker arm holder kit can be added with the tray or purchased separately.

The rocker arm holder kit functions similarly to my K-Series Rocker Arm Holders, using embedded magnets to keep the rocker arms and rocker bridge securely together. This allows the entire rocker assembly to be removed and reinstalled without the worry of the rockers falling apart, greatly simplifying service work.

Notes:

• These tools are fully 3D printed. Minor surface variations or small discrepancies in the print are normal due to the printing process and do not affect performance.

• Certain brake cleaners may cause surface discoloration. This does not compromise tool function.
