Designed this tool to assist with the new EPS recall for Honda vehicles. Designed the red thumb wheel with large teeth for ease of gripping the tool and threading out the bolt and threading back in. Designed the green handle with blue thumb wheel to assist in starting the bolt back in. One hand can be kept out of the way while your other hand can be brought in to start threading the bolt. You can also hold with one hand and start with a flat head screwdriver. In order for these tools to fit in the very limited clearance space, they are printed very thin. These tools can break if your not careful. When used correctly, you should have no issues. Have used this tool on 85 EPS recalls so far with no issues. No pressure needs to be placed on the green handle tool. It is simply used to just hold the bolt in place while you other hand starts the bolt with the blue thumb wheel.

Files available are STEP and STL files. Magnets required are 5x2.8mm and can be found on Amazon. Print all pieces and assemble. Recommend small amount of glue to help hold the magnets in. Magnets are a press it as well. Assemble the Allen key piece through the handle and into the smaller wheel. These 2 pieces are press fit and no glue required to glue them together. Recommend 0.12 layer height with 4 walls. 50% infill. Make sure your printer settings are dialed in when printing this. High quality is required where the wheel spins on the handle. You can increase or decrease the desired drag on the wheel by pressing the pieces together harder or softer. Print with any Filament besides softer material like TPU.
