Transmission Output Shaft Block-Off Tool
Designed to prevent fluid leakage from the transmission output shaft during repairs requiring transfer case removal.

• Compatible with:
  • Honda Pilot (2003–2005)— Non-serviceable transfer case models
  • Acura MDX (2001–2002) — Non-serviceable transfer case models

• Engineered for a snug, secure fit into the transmission housing

• Honda OEM O-ring included; apply light lubricant to the O-ring before installation to avoid rolling or pinching

• Replacement O-ring part number is printed directly on the tool

• Color: Standard in red with orange lettering; custom colors available upon request

Care & Notes:

• Surface imperfections may be present due to the nature of 3D printing

• Some brake cleaners may discolor the tool, but will not compromise functionality

• Rubbing clean engine oil into the tool can restore its original appearance

• Avoid placing the tool on extremely hot surfaces, as high temperatures may cause warping
