This tool is designed to seal the transmission output shaft and prevent fluid leakage during service procedures that require removal of the transfer case. It fits all-wheel-drive 6-speed Honda transmissions from 2006 to 2020, including Pilot, Ridgeline, and Crosstour models. It is also compatible with most Acura models—confirmed to work on the Acura MDX. Additional fitment updates will be provided as more testing is completed.

The tool is 3D printed using durable PLA+ filament and is precisely shaped to seat into the transmission seal without causing damage. As with most 3D-printed parts, minor surface imperfections may be present. Certain brake cleaners may cause discoloration but will not affect the tool’s performance.
