Coolant Hose Plug & Cap Kit – Honda Vehicles
This coolant plug and cap kit is designed to block off coolant hoses and fittings during service, helping reduce spills when hoses are removed.

This kit was developed and refined through over one year of testing to achieve proper fitment and coverage for a wide range of Honda coolant hose sizes.

• Sizes: Plugs and caps are labeled 1–5 on the side of each piece.

  • Size 1: Small fittings such as throttle body hoses

  • Size 5: Large hoses such as radiator hoses

• Quantity: Each kit includes 2 plugs and 2 caps of each size (total of 10 plugs and 10 caps).

Performance Note:
These plugs and caps are designed to seal effectively in most applications. However, hoses that are old, swollen, or heavily worn, or metal fittings that are corroded or built up with debris, may not seal perfectly and could allow minor dripping depending on the condition of the components being blocked.

Storage Tray Design
The included tray features a honeycomb grid layout that supports each plug and cap while leaving approximately 2 mm of clearance beneath them. This allows any residual coolant to collect at the bottom of the tray, helping keep the plugs and caps cleaner during storage.

Notes

• These tools are fully 3D printed. Minor surface variations or small discrepancies in the print are normal due to the printing process and do not affect performance.

• Certain brake cleaners may cause surface discoloration. This does not compromise tool function.
