Honda Coolant Plugs & Caps - 3D Printed

Designed this coolant plug & cap kit to block off hoses and fittings when removing coolant hoses. Over one year of testing to perfect fitment and confirming that this kit will cover every coolant hose on Honda vehicles. Plugs & caps are labeled 1-5 on the bottom of each. 1 being the smallest for throttle body fittings and 5 the largest for radiator hoses. There are 2 plugs and 2 caps of each size in each kit. Total of 10 caps and 10 Plugs. Please keep in mind, these plugs may not hold well with hoses that are old or swollen. Also may not hold well with metal fittings that are corroded or built up with debris. These work very well but I have come across some where I get a small amount of dripping due to the condition of the pipe or hose that I am blocking off. Some discrepancies may be found in 3D printed parts. This is normal due to the 3D printing process.

The tray I designed has a honeycomb grid where the plugs & caps sit with about 2mm of clearance to the bottom of the tray. This allows any coolant drips to collect in the bottom away from the caps & plugs when they are put away.
