Upper Intake Manifold Block-Off Plate – Honda & Acura V6 Earth Dreams

This tool is designed to block off the upper intake manifold after removing the intake plenum, helping prevent debris, hardware, or tools from falling into the engine during service work. It can also serve as a convenient temporary holder for small tools or parts while working in the engine bay.

Compatible with Honda and Acura V6 Earth Dreams engines, including:

Material Options Available

This listing now offers two plate material options to suit different needs and working environments:

• • Standard Plates: Ideal for general service use where the engine is cool during installation or removal. Certain Brake Cleaners may discolor print but does not damage the covers.

  • ASA High-Temperature Plates:
    Designed for improved heat resistance, suitable for situations where elevated temperatures may be present. ASA withstands temperatures up to approximately 230°F (110°C).
    Note: ASA should not be exposed to certain acetone based brake cleaner, or acetone-based chemicals, as these can damage or weaken the material. For cleaning, simply wipe with a dry or damp (water-only) cloth.

Design Notes:

• Honda engines use four studs that pass through the plate for proper positioning.

• Acura engines use two studs in different locations, so the plate is designed to accommodate both configurations.

• Please refer to the listing photos for visual reference of the stud locations.

This item is fully 3D printed and designed for practical shop use.

Notes:

• These tools are fully 3D printed. Minor surface variations or small discrepancies in the print are normal due to the printing process and do not affect performance.

• Certain brake cleaners may cause surface discoloration. This does not compromise tool function.
