Honda Axle Seal Driver Kit, 3D Printed Tool

Designed this tool to drive in Honda axle seals. This kit will fit almost all Honda transmission axle seals. Have tested on a large number of vehicles. Have not tried on very many vehicles pre 2000. Do not see many older vehicles. This kit has worked on every vehicle i have used it on (approx. 80 axle seals). Does not work with the new 9 speed or 10 speed transmissions. These seals are much different.

How To Use Tool
1. Find the correct flat driver that fits your seal. Rotate seal lip into driver cut out until the seal is flush against the driver.
2. Find the correct size guide pin for the transmission axle shaft, these pins are labeled 1-4. The correct one should fit perfect into the transmission. The guide pins are used to center the tool to drive the seal in straight.
3. Place flat driver onto drive handle. Screw correct size guide pin onto the driver handle and snug it up by hand.
4. Lube seal and drive it in with a rubber mallet. Driver will bottom against transmission. No need to hammer hard on the tool. It will drive in nice and smooth. Once driver is bottomed out (flush on transmission case) then remove tool and confirm seal is flush.

Tools are fully 3D printed. Recommend using rubber mallet when hammering on tool. Stop once driver is flush against the transmission. Please note that certain brake cleaners may discolor the prints. Brake cleaner will not ruin the print only discolor it. Rub clean engine oil into the discolored part to make it look new again.

**Update June 2024**
Added an extension piece to use with a 1/2 drive extension. This allows you to extend the handle as long as you need when installing axle seals that you cannot reach with just the handle alone. I added the tray and extension piece to pick up separately for those that purchased the kit previously. Any kits purchased after this posting will come with the added adapter piece with the newly designed tray.
